Chitown Storm
6.1 call going down in flames. Been a long time since LOT area underperformed ....though the hints were clearly there. Divided in half....if we're lucky.
tuanis
Light to moderate: http://ustre.am/16Txc 2"-4" a decent bet. Plenty for some fresh x-country tracks tomorrow morning.
Geos
I'll guess 3.2" for here, excluding this morning's snow. -SN now. Flakes on the small side still.
IMADreamer
We've had a few hours of freezing drizzle here. It's getting a little slick out. Makes me wonder if we may stay a little warmer for now.
Geos
Nearly 20 dbz, but flake size isn't nothing to write home about. Column issues.
michsnowfreak
Im actually thinking a few inches of powder on top of our deep icy slab of cement may make for PERFECT sledding tomorrow...if only i can find someone who isnt sick of winter to go with
SchaumburgStormer
Good sized flakes, rates not so great in RFD.
Geos
It's more or less pouring small flakes here. A few moderate sized flakes making there way down with the others. RAP cuts back the DGZ until late into the evening. But wondering how much moisture will be left by then... Edit: SN now. Flakes moderate sized. Chicago WX
Nice pic Spwild. IND still likes a I-70 corridor jackpot of 6-8". Seems like a good call. Go Indy! Was just looking at the 15z SREF...and kinda laughed when I remembered two days ago, the mean had 41º for IND at 18z Sunday. It is now down to 22º at the same time. Just a bit off... IND going 5-6" for us per the zone forecast. Seems like as good a call as any at this point as realistically I could see us verify a little lower or a little higher. Hope we can crack 70"

Hoosier
I hope they're right. Any update to your call, or are you and the JMA gonna fight until the end? 4-6" with low confidence. Jackstraw
I'm just going to watch this cold front, see how far south it really does get. It sure took it's sweet time coming through here. Hit 49 for a high at 1 pm, the forecast at 9 am was 34 for the day for here. 42 presently.

Hoosier
Yep. Good call. Not expecting it, but hope we can overachieve. This might be a painful storm...by that I mean that there should be times when rates are pretty good but there will be periods where rates may suck. Patience may be required. stormtrackertf
Just started snowing and sticking, looking forward to my 2-4" tonight. It'll be nice to see my glacier looking white again after today for a bit. I have like 6-7" of snow that is so solid I can walk on it without sinking. Basically ice.
