Harry
Euro took a step back north with QPF vs 12z. The .50+ line almost up to Chicago and runs east long the MI/OH-IN line. The .25+ line runs from MKE east to Port Huron.

Jrad08
CMH still does pretty well from the 3rd wave at around 10" ...if all snow I can't view text though...
Harry
How's it looking down here in Columbus, Harry? Inch+ QPF.. Looks like all snow?

JayPSU
Inch+ QPF.. Looks like all snow? Awesome, thanks Harry. Good to have a developing consensus between the GFS and Euro.
Radioman
Still not writing off 8+ for Chicago. Plenty of time for track changes especially with a system that hasn't even been partially sampled yet. Ukie is continuing its north track as well. Stebo
Euro took a step back north with QPF vs 12z. The .50+ line almost up to Chicago and runs east long the MI/OH-IN line. The .25+ line runs from MKE east to Port Huron. Pretty large step actually about 3 counties north compared to the 12z runs with those QPF lines. Harry
How's Macomb looking? You are in the .50 to .75 range but closer to the .75 line. Awesome, thanks Harry. Good to have a developing consensus between the GFS and Euro. NP. Good luck down that way!
JayPSU
CMH still does pretty well from the 3rd wave at around 10" ...if all snow I can't view text though... The guys in the PA sub forum are saying 10-12"+ for most of PA so I have to imagine it's GFS like and mostly snow back our way.
cyclone77
Euro definitely took a big step in the right direction for the QCA. 0.50" not too far away. Would indicate 6-7" amounts for the 3 day period for the I-80 corridor in this area.
ukrocks
How does Louisville look in terms of freezing rain, sleet, snow, or even all rain with the EURO?
Harry
Pretty large step actually about 3 counties north compared to the 12z runs with those QPF lines. Yeah it was. Knowing SV uses 10-1 ratios for the snowfall maps it would seem the .40+ line runs from Chicago to here to near Josh.. Thus where it has the 4+ inch snowfall line. Harry
How does Louisville look in terms of freezing rain, sleet, snow, or even all rain with the EURO? Rain to a mix of sleet/freezing rain and then a few inches of snow before ending down your way.
ukrocks
Rain to a mix of sleet/freezing rain and then a few inches of snow before ending down your way. Amazing consistency. Here comes our second ice storm this winter. This one will be a lot bigger than the last one though. Hearing we will be under Winter Storm Watches probably by tomorrow evening. Ya.. potential is definitely there. I can't wait until we get some sampling and see the models tomorrow night. The hardest aspect with this storm won't be the QPF, it'll be the vertical profile. Keep your fingers crossed!
