terpsnation
Sticking to the grass nicely in Arlington, but melting as soon as it touches anything else. Wasn't keeping track of this at all, so a nice surprise for the morning commute. Naturally its just snowing heavily enough to cause all of the D.C. area drivers to lose their minds. Very pretty. H2O
Wow, I'm surprised at how good your radar looks. Was this expected? How much are you supposed to get? Official forecasts say less than an inch but if this keeps up for a bit that will get passed. Just mainly on grassy areas and cars right now. roads just wet. Light snow here now, but the radar is filling in nicely. Like WxUSAF said, about .5" but even the late Feb sun is losing the battle so far. If we can keep the upper levels from drying out later today, maybe we won't waste as much through virga later tonight?
