How much do you have now? I'm at work in Silver Spring and I know it'll be mostly melted by the time I get home...

I just measured between 1.8 - 2.0" on elevated hard surfaces. It's really high ratio stuff. Shut off abruptly so this will prob be it for accum stuff.

Very snowy down here. Sticking to side roads immediately. Take your time.

Took me an hour and 10 minutes to get in... almost double my normal commute. For pixie flakes falling the entire ride. wtf.

If I had known about unscheduled leave and telework, I'd have stayed at home.  I probably had close to .5" when I hopped in the car at 6:30, so I was shaking in my boots.  Headed to Crystal CIty today and decided to take Van Dorn Street instead of 395, but it was still kind of slow going on the treacherous wet roads.

My neighborhood streets were pretty well covered, but it's not like they were impassable or anything.  Glad to see the kids out there at the bus stops this morning, too.

you can shove your teleworking up your keester

  Not even that.  Just have a meeting this week in Columbia.

Been pretty light for the last 30 mins or so.  Picking back up a bit.  Teeny little flakes can't accumulate much.

Another band setting up to my west. Maybe 2" - 2.5" is possible. 1.8" so far. And just as type this snow is picking back up.

We're in a good spot today it appears. Go Rocktonchesterminster!

Big flakes falling again and picking up in intensity pretty quick.
