WinterWxLuvr
I've already told my neighbor that I may be plowing at 4am if I have to. Last time, it was 13" deep by the time I got out there and my mower-plow had a rough time.
WinterWxLuvr
Is there some protocol that requires a snarky comment to anyone posting from another subforum? Seriously its juvenile and embarrassing. Agree
jviper
I,m not superstitious!! I just bought a 2013 highlander and son of a gun I,m using it. TowsonWeather
Question: is the NYC forum always this bad?? There has been a collective weenieism there the last couple days that is just...embarrassing. Maybe I just take this regional sub-forum for granted b/c we have so many knowledgeable posters, but man...
mattie g
I'm really concerned about the 0z NAM from last night. Anyone else afraid that it may have been onto something regarding the south trend?

StudentOfClimatology
I'm really concerned about the 0z NAM from last night. Anyone else afraid that it may have been onto something regarding the south trend? Feels like Feb 13th déjà-vu with the GFS. Hopefully we get the same result here. The NAM can go f**k itself. stormtracker
Welcome to the club. We have a few members and are always happy when others join. I was thisclose to going on full tilt. It's not because I don't like the model, or what it shows etc...but it's because people here don't learn. I could see if the NAM was steady and had support. I'd get the hand wringing and probably join in. But the NAM wavered from it's own 0z run 6 hours later and then it did it again at 12z. But we JUST saw what happened last night and rather than just waiting a f*****g hour to an hour and a half to see if the NAM had support, people went cliff diving and then that **** spreads like a virus. It's unavoidable though. Usually rolls right off me. Seems that too many folks (even ones that say they don't) latch onto the absolute best run of any.model and then anything less is worse than a stomach virus. I've never been more calm for some reason. I think I'm all grown up now. Lol
