JCT777
Could be a couple inches Sunday night to usher in the return of arctic air.
KamuSnow
Looking pretty marginal right now - a possible dusting at the end along with the colder air seems most realistic at this point, down in south-western Delco anyway. Maybe you'll get more up your way?

The top of my car can hold quite a few inches of snow, although still thinking maybe a coating south and east. Anything more would be a bonus! famartin
Thanks Ray...how much rain before the changeover? Maybe 0.15" or so for you. Then its slop snow. A very sloppy coating. The BL has real trouble cooling before the precip ends.

Ok...thanks. I haven't had great expectations for this event, except for getting the cold air back in here for possible future snow (and of course snowpack preservation ). Speaking of future snow, how's the GFS looking for Wednesday now? (I'll check the other thread).
famartin
RGEM is also a coating. Interestingly its highest snowfall accumulations (which aren't much) appear to be over south Jersey, where it lingers precip long enough for the low levels to cool. Kevin Reilly
At this point, if you get a coating tonight, consider yourself lucky. If you get a flake in Delaware County consider yourself lucky.... now some areas may need to watch for icy conditions though very late tonight into the AM Rush.
