Absolute Humidity
Was curious to see how much snow actually fell vs rain. Seems like I haven't seen a whole lot of the liquid verity this winter. For my area, I was wrong, but barely. Below are my CocoRaHS logs. Feel free to add and discuss your area. Feb Snow LE = 3.52" Feb Rain = 2.2" (.66" as ZR) Jan Snow LE = 1.75" Jan Rain = 2.09" (.15" as ZR) Dec Snow LE = 1.01" Dec Rain = 4.50" (.2" as ZR ) DJF Snow LE Total 6.28" DJF Rain Total 8.8" Note that Feb has a chance of having more snow than rain at moths end. It would be interesting to see how many times that has actually happened.
yhbrooklyn
QPF means quantitative precipitation forecast. It's not correct to refer to the liquid content of snowfall as that.

Better, must have bugged my eyes out looking at too many modeled QPF outputs this season.
