PHL will get their 0.1".  Probably will get 1".  2" will be tough though.

 

Dry air is eating away the front of that band on radar.  Lots of virga.  Took almost an hour for snow to reach the ground at MDT and BWI after echoes moved overhead.  Of course, at that distance, KDIX's 0.5 beam is 14,000 feet AGL.
