Shear can still be too strong in that environment.

I am a little more impressed with it as it happens than prior.. Front slowed a bit over the days and we do have a nice little SW rotating around the parent 500 mb low that's too far NW for our typical good stuff.

In a month or so it could have been legit maybe. Still some chance east of town for something. Hit the bay breeze zones. ;)

Dew point is almost 10 degrees higher than it has been in 2014 so far.  Not saying a lot, but it is quite a change.

It's some legit air. It smacks you a bit when you walk into it.. especially with snow patches around. No way I'm rooting for more snow now. Down with snow weenies!
