AT 542 PM EDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD  

NEAR SOUTHPARK MALL. A TORNADO MAY DEVELOP AT ANY TIME. THIS  

DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR HOPEWELL...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30  

MPH.  

 

THIS DANGEROUS STORM WILL BE NEAR...  

DISPUTANTA AROUND 600 PM EDT.

On a side note, I saw that parts of Delaware had a tornado with significant damage west of Dover to buildings and trees.

Oh wow. I didn't see any reports as I was at a work function. But I was watching the radar and getting the warning alerts. Those discrete cells that moved NW to SE over Delaware sure  looked impressive on radar. Here at home it doesn't look like a drop of rain fell today.. Glad I picked up a half inch last night and this morning(without the hail).

I saw yesterday the NWS did confirm it was a tornado, EF1, near Camden, with max wind speed of 105 mph. Thats like 15 minutes from my house. I drive right past there when I go to Dover.
