Capt. Adam Posted February 21, 2014 Share Posted February 21, 2014 What came through SW Jersey looked impressive but was pretty tame by the time it passed through Eastern Atlantic County. Only a couple minute period of heavy rain with minimal gusting. Looks like a longer lived area of rain incoming shortly. Temps still in the 50's. KamuSnow Posted February 21, 2014 Share Posted February 21, 2014 Had what looked like a 2nd line pop up behind the 1st one which had weakened....it was pretty impressive. Lots of wind, pouring rain for about 10-15 minutes, preceeded by lightning/thunder a couple of times. The snowpack is still standing, lol...cooled off from 57F to 44F currently. That's the 3rd time in 9 days for lightning/thunder in February all with a nice snowpack on the ground. That's got to be some kind of impressive stat, if such stats were kept.
