I know that all too well. I do think you're overplaying the warmth a bit. I do agree with some rain mixing in east of HVN on the south coast but for the rest of us I don't see much. There are some things that sort of suck about it though. The lift is very low in the atmosphere... centered around 900-850mb. Certainly not good for great snow growth lol.
