It really looks awesome in the early morning light The fresh couple inches definitely looks pretty! Roads are awful though. They obviously didn't do any pretreating judging by how the snow and ice is bonded to the pavement despite above freezing temperatures. I have to laugh ... late February of a very snowy winter and people have gotten worse at driving on it. Tuesday's snow here had the same results. I really have no idea, but the trend on the GFS has been north and west and less and less... you'll do better then me... Rochester still looks good for some decent snowfall...
