jm1220
Central and Eastern Suffolk look great for maybe a few more inches. Snow should be ending out by me in an hour or so. Still coming down though, again better than radar would have you believe. There's a shot I get 3" by the end.

SnowGoose69
3 hours in a row of 1" per hour rates at KLGA. They have at least had 1.5 then as they will report 0.5 as inch per hour in the METARs...overall they appear they will come out highest of all the stations other than ISP...NYC will be the lowest it seems

RCNYILWX
LGA had 2.5" as of 7pm. Interestingly I only measured 1.3" here on a snow board in my parent's backyard in College Point right near Flushing Bay, so only a few miles as the crow flies from LGA. LGA has seemed way off on LE recently, it was very low on Thursday morning with the fronto mega band.

NJwinter23
At best we have 1.5" new here in stamford. Just could never get any good bands going up here with this one. Even this morning we had a band over us for 2 hours on radar but nothing was reaching the ground. We are now over 58" on the season. snow pack is waterlogged and between 15-20". I'm pretty surprised...picked up 2.4" here in Teaneck. I figured NYC would have done better since they have been under slightly better banding than us the last few hours. The snowfall distribution is pretty unusual for a coastal scraper like this.

nyblizz44
measured 2,2 inches aprox half way between LGA and JFK , better than I expected based on highly uneven snowfall rates all day long. Based on radar obs Im going to guess the 18 inches on SE Mass coast will bust unless they hit some hallacious rates in next 5 hrs
