I think PHL will be lucky to get 2" additional out of this.  Huge dry slot on radar over entire Delmarva and back edge rapidly approaching DC.  We needed that first bout to be snow.

Srsly?  These bands are going to pivot back in from the west and hit the entire area hard...  Chill bro.  :-)

You can see on the radar where that heavy band is going to setup, RAP will probably adjust W a little bit more again...

I'm worried we may not see much snow at all if that trend continues. The heavy band sets up from Lancaster to Reading to Allentown. I'm not saying nothing, but nothing significant.

Guys the HRRR has had a 20 mile SE bias during this whole storm.  Cut down its snow totals by 3-5" and adjust it NW 20-25 miles and it will be right

So 10+ inches still in Horsham/Willow Grove?  I would love to wake up to see that (who am I kidding, I won't be going to sleep as long as I see heavy snow).

It's a light rain here right now, so I'm sure .1-.25 of that precip is wasted.  Sometimes I wonder why we even bother guessing with these bands, but it sure is a good time.

This is my fear when I say 2" is a possibility for PHL.  The heavy band looks to be setting up well west of the city and if that verifies then our snow rates will be on the light side.  Sure it will eventually move east but these things always move quicker than modeled.
