Sparky Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 So I got roughly 17 of the 19 inches in a 9 hour span of time between midnight and 9am....brought to mind the 2/23/87 storm which in NE Balto dropped 15" in 9 hrs....I would even say the heavy rates overnight had a look similar to that storm too at times, rather large flakes closely spaced.
