Baroclinic Zone
I find it odd the man that no longer eats hotdogs likes to hand them out. Nam is caving finally. Clinch Leatherwood
This ones ours. We missed yesterdays. NAM looks good. This may be the heaviest snow we've ever seen. The NAM is apocalyptic. Burning cars on Rte 6 by later Saturday.
CoastalWx
I'd like to see a little less separation on the NAm with the s/w in NY state and near HSE. But, the HSE s/w is stronger than 06z so it may tuck it in closer.

NorEastermass128
Too good to be true? That's a biblical CCB. Dennis Quaid is already en route in his pickup. He'll come. In all seriousness, this is quite the hit for the Cape. That pesky SW in NY may keep this from being big NW of that area unfortunately.

Clinch Leatherwood
Just waiting for the NW shift that we know will come Waiting for absolution Larry Bird isn't walking through that door. Two things that almost never happen, stringers stinging, and the NAM being right on a blizzard.
dryslot
Just waiting for the NW shift that we know will come Waiting for absolution lol, We could not get yesterdays to stop coming NW, Only when you don't need one you get them, Sort of like modeled cutters at hr 240, Those you always seem to get to
TalcottWx
Dryslot aka coldfront. Not sure I buy that far NW, it needs a lot of work for that. I'm on the fringe in NE Ma.

TalcottWx
Finally looking at some models post lift. GFS clearly the NW outlier imo, but the ensembles seem to support a middle road between the further SE NAM/EURO and the op. Ensembles would hammer areas pretty far north and west. Canadian is way SE @ 0z last night, Pretty low tracks on the NAM at 850/700 for a hell of a ccb for canal east.
Digityman
lol, Nam gets .25" back here now, Jay trying to take my snow away............ Hopefully this ticks a little more west so we can sneak out 3-6". Not sure it will come around enough for more. Hoping Tuesday can do the same. dryslot
Another 30- 40 miles makes a huge difference for many, We saw how that went yesterday, The only thing that could screw us is that s/w in NY state moving east
