JetsPens87
Lived through 93 and 96 and the variety of 'stuff' being thrown at us, along with the pace and the preceding snowfalls, make this one very close to my top. Here in Sussex County, after tonight, it may take the thrown... I was telling my brothers yesterday on our way up to Mountain Creek that I felt Sussex county was in line for a total of 2 feet. Good luck sir. Hope for us down in Hunterdon too that we aren't far behind. Truly epic day, highest temp 32.5... now back down to 31.5 and FRZA/TS

Stormlover74
If you recall during 1/27/11 it was the same thing. We had the colder air coming up from the southwest as we transitioned from rain to thundersleet to snow. Maybe we can get a repeat late tonight (unlikely the same amounts but you get my drift)

nzucker
Radar looks like it's setting up to pound NYC...very classic evolution of the banding with returns over PA giving way to the new development over the Delmarva which is setting up in the traditional NE-SW fashion. I still think the City is going to get a good hit.
