Whiteout conditions are likely Can you say christmas 2002 redux across NYC/LI paul? The EURO has done pretty good and has got support form the HRRR as well. I would've laughed if you told me that would happen. It might have to do with elevation - I'm 120 feet above sea level. Changed over to sleet/rain about 8:45; now snow mixing back in. Currently a mixture of sleet, rain, and snow. Looks like we have about 8 inches. Waiting for the second round this evening.
