Back to mostly snow here in Midtown, have a great view of the park. It was 1/8 mi. vis. when I arriven, now more like 1/2. Winds are stronger than they were in my sheltered part of Queens. That however rests on the low strengthening and closing off. If that doesn't happen, the RGEM could be right and send the CCB through eastern PA instead.
