-1C (31F), trees are making that clicking sound in the wind that lets you know that ice is accreting onto them. Snow surface is covered with a shiny glaze.

 Hah yeah I know that sound. I'm pretty sure if you slipped and fell on this snow you'd be bleeding from the harsh glaze on the surface.
