Clinch Leatherwood
Yes he is. On the Norton side. West of 24 up through Easton/Sharon was still snow a short time ago. Kind of the old school r/s line with this. Shame it was cold enough off the deck even at 36+ here still some smoosh falling (90% rain but with cores still evident of ice/snoosh) Beware the retreating high. I said fear the warmth a bunch of days ago and when I got up to a torch today I figured it was a cooked goose N&W

Patrick-02540
Would someone know where I can find seasonal snowfall totals from 1950 through current for a particular locale? Thanks in advance!

free_man
no one else finding this event remarkably frustrating?? Well yeah. Any storm that rips taint, rain and dryslot well into SNE is going to frustrate. The bright side is it'll be over soon.

ROOSTA
Concern now turns to wind. I feel for those of you who got tucked. One last thump then slot. The angst of earlier was replaced with weenie bliss. What an experience. Entering halftime...
free_man
what's almost over? The storm? lol Well yeah, dry air has ripped into SNH already. The U/L might drop a little more, but the brunt is over and done. Of course I'm secretly hoping for 5-10" more, but eh. The radar looks absolutely fugly. No complaints, just observations. we did pretty well so far....5-10".
JC-CT
I seriously wonder about flooding concerns in the near future. Especially if we lose the pack to a rainstorm...
ROOSTA
There is only one State in the USA that doesn't have snow on the ground. Winds are starting to crank.

JC-CT
No indeed not. Gotta say, this winter has performed for SNE. I don't know if it's epic, but it certainly wasn't a bust.
walthsnow
Drove home from Boston. Roads in Waltham are an icy joke! Digging out the other car was a joy. This snow is like thick white mud.
Clinch Leatherwood
This storm was so boring here. No real wind for this area, some heavy rain, no snow. No thunder. Meh. Two thumbs down. Nothing ripped, poured, pounded, thumped, dumped or pasted. Routine later winter rain storm.
HoarfrostHubb
Very nice here. Not a huge snow. (8" or so) but that 2 hours of 2"+ per hour with the winds was great Hoping for a little more overnight but no high hopes
free_man
despite the mediocre to awful outcome, maybe we'll at least rip a t-storm later. And who knows, maybe it'll be one of the better ones for 2014.
