smokeybandit
That snow map is basically what has already fallen. I love when LWX plays catch up. Their forecast for MBY as of last night was for 2-4" to fall overnight. I'm over 8 already.

I'm glad I stayed up - witnessed those sick rates and that was worth it IMO. I'm actually not all that tired but I'm sure I'll crash at some point soon. I would be totally fine if deform failed - this has been a sweet storm.

North Balti Zen
Pretty much between 11 pm and 6 am I picked up 10-11 inches of snow, to add onto the one that fell before then. That's pretty amazing. NAM and the short range models picked up on that really well.

Kmlwx
Def not as intense hoping for 3-6 Still - think about how happy we would have been with 3-6 like a week ago - this will (if it pans out) be almost like another storm!

snowfan
Not at all. Area wide reports of 10-16 already is a win win. The second wave, while it looks great on sim radar, is going to be iffy. You either never get great rates or it just falls apart as it moves through the area. Did the storm weaken a bit then?

What r u guys thinking for DC tonight? 2-4 seems like a reasonable call but the euro has been great with this storm so maybe we do better.
