Front is definitely ocean adjacent, there's a 7 degree difference between salem campus and my house just a few miles apart. Snow is okay here in salem right now/ steady light or maybe low end moderate, seems to be picking up though.Worth noting that despite 33 temp it's still all snow even close to the water here.
