Maybe its just me but in previous events the hrrr like the rap runs warm. It also overdoes accumulations at times.

It's done very well this year from what I've seen. It was one of the first to pick up on the bust on 12/10 and was bearish last Monday on accumulations. It does run warm a little though as last Monday it missed the 4-8" totals of N MD.

The weenie radar is really something down south.

yeah, but the NWS radar shows a lot of broken areas and ground obs from NC show fog and mist after the initial band

Nice, Huff. I don't want you te get snow at my expense, so I hope were all happy when it's said and done! :lol:

24.6/14 and just got in from a walk with the wife, daughter, and dog. It's chilly.

 

 

I have no gripes sharing. We are due for a top 10 event.. last one was Blizzard of 96.

Interesting. Should fill in quickly as the vort amps up though.

SE Va thread indicates its still snowing heavily in extreme SE portion of the state. That's good to hear.

My dad is Chesapeake has an inch already and says it is snowing balls there. Rain line is extreme SE VA beach.

He is near it but is still snow. Cold holding strong now

EDUT: He says close to 2 inches now and snowing heavy balls now!
