iceman56
Oops Guess you're referring to the freezing drizzle with a low of 41 and a high of 53. Also the partly cloudy's with a chance of snow in my P & C are a little weird. Also have seen it sunny with a chance of snow in the past.

I've been above freezing for nearly 24 hours now (sitting at 38 currently) and while slight, there is a noticeable decrease in the snow pack and snow piles. Ralph Wiggum
Looking more and more likely that a major storm will crawl up the coast next weekend. This is not being progged very well on the models but I am all over this threat. Teleconnections are speaking to me and saying WOOF the big dog is coming! JSchwake28
Looks like quite a few snow chances over the next 1-2 weeks. Sunday night, early Tuesday, Wednesday, and of course anything is still possible beyond that timeframe. I think 95-96 is in reasonable reach here in Philly. Buckle up! JCT777
Temps have jumped around with the passage of the thunderstorm line. Just before t'storms temp was 45. Just after they passed, temp briefly spiked to 51, but now back down to 46. 51 was probably my high temp for the day.

DarthDoppler
My memory says 46F on my thermometer. 40.6F now. I guess that's a small bust. (I think ABE was supposed to be 51......which might be 48~49 for my backyard but it didn't get there.) Snow cover down some but shouldn't be too much more melting today. eastonwx
A little surprised no mention of black ice for overnite with lows forecasted to be in mid 20 range up here in many parts of Northampton county tonite. May be some drying going on when skies clear, but plenty of water on roads from melting today.
Chief83
Worcester, PA. 32 degrees. Roads just starting to get icy. Plenty of water everywhere.
KamuSnow
It's down to 33F here so it seems safe to say it's at or below freezing now in most areas north and west of Philly. Very clear night out too, lots of stars visible. Stating the obvious here, but black ice is pretty much a given when temps are below freezing at night and above during the day with a snowpack... which means it will probably be an almost daily occurrence over the next couple of weeks, except for maybe the latter part of next week, if it gets as cold as it appears it might.
