Mother of God, this is by far the heaviest snow I've seen. We're in the pivot point so it just keep wrapping into us over and over.

 

It's also the most beautiful scene I've ever experienced.  Thank you mother nature.

 

 We'll be in double digits by the afternoon if this keeps up.

I completely agree!  :)  And it is truly beautiful out there! Up to 8.5" with heavy snow and 31... I must still be dreaming!!  :snowwindow:

Snowing hard, near Uptown CLT....power still,out.

I've lived in the south my entire life and I've not ever had 3 consecutive days of measurable snowfall that I can recall..not to mention basically 7 hours of heavy sleet.

I do remember a storm in the early 80s in MS, that coverd us in freezing rain followed by a day long snow the next...took days to clear up
