(In addition to WIND(s).. Lotsa freezing DRIZZEL with snow trying to mix in... Temp fell after 12 noon , was holding at 33 or so, NOW down to 29 and falling... In fact...alarge tree limb just fell outside the office here only an hour ago!*** MODERATE ICE ACCREATION HAPPING ATM... Expecting Power outages here...
