RedSky
GGEM is west and a coastal hugger. Buckle up going to be a rocky 48 hour ride
thedude11
GGEM, although close, looks to keep Philly mostly snow if not all snow this run.
thedude11
Wow the low is 991 just south and east of long island... with steady snows still cranking from Maine to North Carolina. Not sure what the totals for this are but with the duration, id imagine PHL gets crushed this run. Doesn't look like the R/S line passes the Delaware River. LVblizzard
The NAM going east had me a little concerned, but I feel better now that all the global models so far have either stayed their course or shifted slightly west.

baseball0618
All I know is in most cases I do not want to see myself in the bull's-eye more than 24 hours out from the onset of a storm b/c you usually don't stay there. However this go around it may not budge.
famartin
So is the blue south of me 6-12" also? that would not make sense Actually it does, though its not your traditional thinking. Lets face it, we're really not good enough to say "ok the 6 inch line will be exactly here". It makes sense to overlap your snowfall zones. In other words, you'd be more honest to have a zone of 1-3, next 2-4, next 3-5, next 4-6, next 5-7, or something like that. Right now with great uncertainty, more like 2-6, 4-8, 6-12, 8-16. 8+ makes it a little weird, but their intent is probably something like 8-16.
