Northern_IN_Wx
Sleet! Gonna be tough to make it to 4 inches here. Still a fun dynamic little system to watch unfold.
Chicago WX
A couple of shots from my usual spot. Nothing earth shattering, but it ripped pretty good for awhile. Bonus icicles pic as well.

Thunder Road
Guesstimating somewhere around 3-4" here. Mike from LOT just called and I wouldn't even settle a number since it's so hard with the drifting.
KeenerWx
Safe to say we landed somewhere in the 4-6" range. My measurement is shot, though, because of the rough winds. I'll just see what the reports from surrounding locations look like.
Powerball
GFS may have been right all along as far as QPF/snow amounts. Even my 3-5" call for Detroit may be a little too bullish.

Chicago WX
We got the kitchen sink in the past 2 hours here....do you think the entire snow pack will leave by Friday morning? I am hoping not, considering there are chances over the weekend and next week, i would rather keep some of what we have and add to it, before moving on. The majority should be gone I'd think. We start an above freezing regime tomorrow, so should lose some each day before the big rains come later in the week. But, we'll see.

A-L-E-K
5.4 inches....-SN continues you might make a run at warning criteria....probably could have let the WWA ride as 3-5 will be the norm instead of upgrading but timing and impact was probably WSW worthy. Gonna bust by about 1.5", so not terrible for a 36+ hour call

A-L-E-K
based on radar, it does appear that metro detroit is in for more of a 2-4" event as opposed to a 4-6" event.
Powerball
based on radar, it does appear that metro detroit is in for more of a 2-4" event as opposed to a 4-6" event. Not a bad call actually. Unless that narrow band produces 4"+ per hour rates TSSN or it pivots overhead (which it won't as the low hasn't even closed off yet), there's no way those amounts higher than 4" will be the norm. Chicago Storm
Was sitting at 4.8" as of an hour ago. Should make it over 5" with the remaining snow.
cyclone77
Another spotter in Erie called in 4.8", which is 0.8" more than me. Doesn't surprise me considering how showery the precip was, at least initially.
hm8
Dtx adjusted accums down accordingly, 2-4 for me now. Added heavy snow wording though and put out SWS mentioning near-zero visibilities possible.
Ajdos
Lol at throwing in the towel when the storm hasnt even started yet. noo Im not throwing in the towel, however this dry air is eating away a lot of our prcp to the west.. Honestly I didn't see the dry air becoming this big of a problem... Very windy outside tho..winds have picked up drastically..
