Unfortunately for anyone south of BWI, we stay above freezing and DCA is around 37 at 18Z as the precip starts, it remains above freezing with a temp of 2.6 at 1000 mb at 0000Z so for DC it could mostly be rain or really sloppy flakes. NC bulleyes again on the 12z Nam, but I have a feeling that precip shield may move north some, we'll see. As said on here before, I wouldn't want to be in the bullseye just yet.
