RitualOfTheTrout
It's not done after this is it? lol I was wondering the same thing, looks like unless some light precip backfills in we might be done for awhile after this line moves through. I'm just hoping the heavy returns hold together until it gets to me!
north pgh
It's not done after this is it? lol I just looked at the HRR's and it looks like this batch will last 2 to 3 hours and then there is a lull until 5 or 6 in the morning and then a light batch moves through with a front. I am guessing we get 1 or 2 inches in the next couple hours and an inch or less around rush hour.

north pgh
Check out these traffic cams. It looks like all interstates are snow covered. http://trafficland.com/city/PIT/index.html I wonder how many people are out and didn't know this was coming. Surprised NWS didn't put out a Special Weather Statement.

SteelCity08
Interesting, not how I saw this playing out. I read about a lull in the precip but I thought the intial batch would last longer than an hour lol. At least it was exciting.

RitualOfTheTrout
Pretty impressive! Flakes were rimmed and some sleet mixed in so ratios were poor but it was crazy there for awhile. My face was stinging when I stoood in the wind. I too thought the snow would last longer, but it does look some redevelopment in OH.

blackngoldrules
I picked up a half inch. It moved through so fast so that kept the amount down somewhat. We'll see how much more we can get from what's developing in Ohio and some wrap around tomorrow morning. Sent from my XT897 using Tapatalk
