snowstormcanuck
Nice returns overhead but barely a flake has fallen. Wind ramping though. Yeah, that's surprising. EC radar's usually are better at not depicting false returns for virga. I think the difference this time is the driest air is in the lowest part of the atmosphere. Ottawa Blizzard
Nice returns overhead but barely a flake has fallen. Wind ramping though. lol. Imagine if this busts and we get a virga storm? White-out conditions in London, though.

Snowstorms
Rates have picked up once again. Snow coming down heavily in my area. I'd assume just over 0.5cm (0.2").

on_wx
Snowing at a good clip, but it's blowing around and there are bare spots in the parking lot. My usual indicator is the solar panel for the Xmas lights on the balcony, and an uneven inch has accumulated on there. Also my friend in London posted to facebook an hr ago about loud thunder. Snowstorms
Per radar, looks like an intense deformation band is setting up in the Northern and Eastern regions of the GTA.

Still might verify, although a 5-10cm call would perhaps have been better. Getting absolutely smoked at the moment, though.
