We are going to see an abrupt switch to sleet & zr before the AM commute, and everything "unshoveled" is going to quickly glaciate. Given it is the middle of the night, there are going to be huge, huge problems, and I wonder if even Manhattan will have significant issues for pedestrians. Given low forming further south and stronger with now these very heavy snow bands moving in... It may not go over to ice till perhaps during or after rush hour. Stood outside for 5 minutes & Had to shake off 1/2 of snow on my shoulders in Kew Gardens. abou to hit 1 inch & its now snowing last 15 minutes at in per hr EASILY.
