moneypitmike
Nothing too spectacular here compared to what's being reported elsewhere. Hopefully that'll change. Getting better flakes would help a lot. 21.7/
CoastalWx
Was hoping for the wet snow Noyes promised I told you it would not be. However, it will be dense.

ORH_wxman
Not quite as "baking powderish" right now as it comes down even heavier...maybe some stronger lift producing a few more nornmal looking flakes.
Damage In Tolland
Now we're getting the fluffier ,fatter flakes..no more baking soda
Patrick-02540
Heavy pounding snow. I should clearly hit 10 before sleet. Will measure when sleet starts.
moneypitmike
Looks like Bartlett/Jackson/Bethel are cleaning up. I guess I'm not doing too too shabily. Just measured 3.5". Flakes still suck though.

Damage In Tolland
The sleet echoes def. trying to wash out down there. Only a matter of time though
JulieRI
Maybe 3-4" slight mixing now - fairly easy shoveling - Ashaway, RI
weathafella
If it snows like this another 3 hours were going to be 10+ easily by systems end.
NJwinter23
The sleet echoes def. trying to wash out down there. Only a matter of time though they definitely do wash out at times..as Ryan pointed out earlier one attempt washed out a few miles south of me, and it was parachutes for another hour and 2-3"... Fun stuff to look at before the change over happens ... The visibility is surpringly low right now..less than 1/2 mile in pure sleet
WeatherX
Had what id estimate as 6" in Stamford before the change over...the slizzard is ridiculous right now It's wild. ORH_wxman
Looks like DXR is mixing now...bright banding over them and vis went to 1 SM. Dual pol has been moving sleet NE, but it hasn't been a steady march, it oscillates at times.
sankaty
It's nice to get an overperformer now and then. If the sleet line can stay pinned to the shore for another couple of hours, we have a shot at 10". It's already exceeded my expectations. Looks like the northward advance of the sleet on the dual pol has temporarily slowed, but hard to tell with the noise near the shoreline.
