Snowciopath
That's what I had along with some zr and it's now 100% snow..picking up in intensity Back to all sleet now, hopefully it'll change over soon
bobbutts
Definate increase here after several hours of light, moderate now. Bit over 7"
Yukon Cornelius
It'll start back up, its going to be off and on for a bit...perhaps some more steadier light snows as the afternoon wears on. Great, that would be icing on the cake. Nice event...and it looks to have some staying power with cold temps for the rest of the week.
FRWEATHA
When do we change back to snow down here? I think this shuts off before we cool

CoastalWx
You guys from nrn CT to BOS won't change back probably until after 4-5pm. Each heavier burst may bring snow if the lift is deep enough to generate snow growth.
eduggs
This storm was reasonably well modeled out this way from a few days out. We have ~7 - 7 1/2" OTG. Right on the edge of some mid-level dry slotting with lots of tiny needles mixed in with a few rimed flakes. I thought we should have been able to manage more snow from this event than the Phily-NYC metro got from the wave on Mon. The trof just ended up a bit too flat. Our (slight) loss was a big gain for CT and EMA.
weathafella
Snow intensity increasing here back up to low end moderate and rising. BOS should be near 11-12 by storms end.
weatherMA
Really small flakes, but visibility is under 1/2SM now. Almost down to 1/4 but more then that. If it can do this for a few hours we will catch up quickly. Definitely 1'"/hour stuff. Maybe even a bit better than that.

Brewbeer
Light freezing mist with a few pellets falling now in downtown Springfield. Looks like it's winding down. 28F.
ORH_wxman
Pretty good map by NWS BOX from yesterday too. Gotta give them some kudos keeping the >8" amounts well into central CT and the 10"+ amounts I think are going to be pretty widespread along/north of the pike. Dotb
Howdy neighbor Hey there. If I remember correctly, we actually went to the same high school. You're a warrior, right? Anyway, can't figure out how to post pics. Totally technologically deficient. Got the pics from my phone to my email to my computer, but can't get them from there to post. Don't have any photo sharing software. I can email them, but I can't find a URL link to post them here. Kind of driving me nuts. Steady snow falling here. Think we'll get to around 10" without much problem, if we aren't there already.
