Maybe we can eke out the 4" at the bottom of the forecast...

 

Considering the seemingly endless northward trends the models were showing, (it was getting too close for comfort last night), I'm very content with the way this is turning out. Mt. Holly pretty much nailed the changeover time around here. If the rates were just a little better (if the temp. was a couple of degrees lower), I'm sure we would have hit the upper part of the 4 to 8" range we were forecast to be in (imby at least). At this point I'm hoping to get to 5.7" (from about 4.20" now) which would get me to 40.0" for the season. Might come up just a little short. Either way, it's a beautiful day out there!
