Honestly I'm not feeling to optimistic about this one even in the NW burbs. I am planning my first ever "chase" if you can call it that LOL....if Hagerstown is cashing in and we are not, I will drive up there and get lunch or something. Sun popped out and jumped to 56.4F just before 3pm. Feels springlike out there. Ground is still frozen solid below the top 1/4" of soil. I'd guess the "snowpack" is about 50%.
