The doctor kept telling me I could stop if I needed to. I think I nearly killed myself on the damn treadmill before the doctor told me to stop. I'm not a big fan of watching GT racing (I watch IRL, F1, and NASCAR), but the helmet cameras are nice. I was there. It was surreal to have a race going on at 4 AM in the morning. Over the weekend , everyone was talking about a sneaky ice storm for NC tomorrow and big ticket was fri and sat. The last being Sunday night when it showed 25" of snow for RDU. As of yesterday we've lost our strong high to the north therefore the lack of cold is hurting us. I normally don't mind the rain but I'm training right now for racing season (cycling) and it's no fun riding in cold rain.
