5speed6 Posted February 12, 2014 Share Posted February 12, 2014 Well, we'd better get a foot out of this. U.S. Airways canceled my itinerary when I was trying to rebook to an earlier flight. Now I don't have my original flight (Thursday morning, of course) or a replacement flight, and I've been trying to get somebody from the airline on the phone for over three hours now. No big deal. I know my climo even better than the back of my hand. I get it placed in front of my face every winter. Once in a while us Tropical Fall Line residents get a decent chance to enjoy a snowstorm that exceeds our climo. It would be so nice if this could be the one. Yeah I was thinking about that too... mine was an all time high for January... and will probably be ridiculous in Feb... you ever been downtown at night?... they leave every single light on in the Constellation Energy building every night (F-ers)... but I am fine with paying for the cold. Cold is like the most important ingredient for snow.. even in a dry pattern you will get a some moisture passing by from time to time.. but if it ain't cold.. your pretty much screwed when it comes to snow. My kids hate doing homework wearing mittens but daddy says the thermostat will not go above 55 until April. As long as i stay below $200 for the gas I will be happy.
