Damage In Tolland
Saturday could be real. Opposite of today longitude ftw. It's for everyone
TalcottWx
Saturday could be real. Opposite of today longitude ftw. Much better track for southern areas. Maybe a widespread moderate hit for all at best case scenario? Right now it looks like a South of pike and up to BOS special.
weathafella
It's for everyone I hope so...but I think maybe not. Not a Powderfreak special.
Hazey
Could be a crazy 4 day stretch for my hood. Monsoon on Friday and blizzard on Sunday? Some of the models seem to think so. Not boring.

CoastalWx
well I guess I'm always SNE centric when I say everyone. Right now it's more SE areas, but time for some adjustments.
ORH_wxman
Yeah Saturday has the best shot for eastern areas....everyone will get snow in SNE, but it could be like 1-3" west with a chance of advisory+ amounts in east and SE areas.

NorEastermass128
Sat may end up better imby than today. lol. Latest RPM (I know, useless at this stage) goes bonkers Saturday night. 6+ for ern areas. Even western areas do well.

CoastalWx
Looks like the torch could be muted a bit, but might have rain to deal with instead if any wave tries to go over us. Reload after.
Damage In Tolland
is the mid week system a rainer or a mix?
weathafella
is the mid week system a rainer or a mix? Tuesday of next week has a snow/mix signal especially north. After that it's get the shorts out for a few days.
CoastalWx
Def at least one day where it is really warm.

bch2014
The 00z GFS looked like it would 2 or 3 days of 45-50 type weather, with torchy rainstorm on the 23rd.. Still time for a change (In either direction!)
CoastalWx
Looks like advisory event this week..,..maybe another mix event Wed night? Torch Friday or so along with rain and then we sort of ride the boundary that mutes the warmth...however threat for heavy rain could exist. Then reload with monster +PNA. But any real sign of it now? I guess the question is whether the pattern has shifted in the Atlantic in any fundamental way. Are these big coastals (yesterday and saturday) being shunted ene or are they transporting warm air north enough to induce a -NAO? This would be the time for us to really benefit from it. I don't see a -NAO, but we are back to ridging near the west coast and a piece of the PV by Hudson Bay. It's later in this season so don't expect equal cold...but there will be some cold and snow I think.
