About 4" here this morning, 2 day total of around 6".

 

Switched to sleet here on the backside, but it's about over so I'm fine with that. Sure is a lot different from what I expected, pleasant surprise. At any rate, it's safe to say that I busted pretty hard on this one. :P

 

 

Not over yet.  New surge of precip....

yeah....another ribbon looks to be flaring up...

 

random big flakes have returned after going away for an hour or so

 

QC radar trending decently as well

 

Radar returns out in NE MO, DVN and SW WI all filing in nicely. Don't expect a huge addition to totals, but looks now like it might snow until mid afternoon as forecasted.  I'll take it.  Underperfomer, but in a winter like this I can't complain.

Some serious 35+ dbz returns upstream now for the Metro Detroit crew. Hopefully it makes it here as all snow. It is already rocking out there.

Returns are really blowing up out that way. 45+ dbz? Something weird in the air messing with reflectivity?
