KeenerWx
1/4mi vis at IKK...which probably means +SN, considering it usually lowballs visibility. +RA about to move in here. Should have some nice classic LAF 33 and rain for a time. METAR KIKK 011335Z AUTO 04006KT 1/4SM SN OVC007 M02/M03 A2991 RMK AO2 T10251030 Yeah, it's pouring snow right now. A-L-E-K
SREFs did a nice job hinting that higher amounts weren't in the cards further north...they backed off pretty early, a couple of the usual high members vanished, and we could never shake some of the super low ball members which I believe were in the NMM family. It's a nice little event but just a blip in an other wise snowy year. Next

Jonger
Well all risk of rain or sleet is long gone, but the cutoff is going to be tight. Still looks like rain/sleet in Monroe, Lenewee and Wayne.

Chicago WX
Roads are a slush filled disaster here. Dicey commute to work. Car thermometer flipped between 32 and 33 on the way. Ponding of water is not helping either. A few photos from my Mom, from earlier this morning in Kankakee.
