Its weaker on the EURO, some of the best storms had lead WAA precip out ahead of the main low, Like PDII. If anything it help reinforce cold air. But psuedo-50/50 and confluence to the north of New England. Surface low moving out of the Gulf and into the Southeast States with precipitation spreading into the MS Valley. earthlight Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 Euro has a ku with a perfect tracking shortwave trough, perfectly timed block from the D Straight into Central Canada, ideally positioned 50/50 low and significant coastal low with widespread MECS+ type snows from Washington DC to New England.
