nice and toasty for cherry blossom peak. ;)

 

GFS pretty much wall to wall near or above avg starting late week.  I'm not overly concerned about -NAO for now.. obviously we won't get complete warmth with no breaks unless we're lucky.. but Euro ens seems to have backed off on anything more than a transient -NAO which generally fits what we've seen so hard to be all aboard something like that IMO.

And I was thinking closing the last few days of the month out warm seemed likely looking at guidance last week. Simply amazing how elusive a real warm spell has been since the December torch. I'm ready for a real warm spell even if it's bookended by cold. 3 sunny days in a row in the 60's sure would be nice and that's not even much above normal.

I washed my hands.. they are clean. Hubris is dangerous before the most anticipated winter since this winter.
