im starting to wonder if anyone north and west of ACY sees more than just flurries. dewpoints are still well below zero and radar trends dont seem encouraging. maybe im just being too impatient

latest RAP puts you well inside the .1 line, closer to .15 so you should be fine for 1-2", 2-3" if ratios verify.

As far as I know, this is the coldest I have ever seen it snow here. Even surpassing storms like PD2 and January 2010.

First two days of the Biizzard of Feb., 1899. The 12th: 11-5, 9"; 13th: 12-9, 20".(Climatological Data, Feb.,1899). May be the only other time.

Indeed.  I noticed UKT had detected some clouds below 3000 feet so that makes sense actually, but not quite where I expected them to show up so soon.
