Rib Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 They would have issued a Watch for PHL itself if they thought there was going to be warning criteria anything for PHL itself. They will wait until tomorrow then issue the WWA for PHL and surrounding areas for exactly that unless the models keep trending colder and sleetier.
