Radar almost looks better than it did then, imo.Unless we get banded for a few hours no chance. Tho the odds of that may be better than usual for DC. It's exceedingly rare for snow events to be this cold. This is definitely something worth saving. Only PD1 (February 18-19, 1979) and the Blizzard of 1899 had colder readings around 9°F and 10°F.
