we've already opened the flood gates with the dgex

 

DGEX was posted for entertainment purposes, I'm pretty sure. Of course, we can probably say that about the NAM at 84 hours. ;)

 

Also, too bad we can't use the Illini win=snow thing anymore...because they may never win again. :(

12z GFS is definitely good for Toronto, but I fear it will trend even more northwest. I'm thinking snow to rain for this system, then down to seasonable cold in the 20s behind it. Sidewalks will be an absolute mess with melting then rapid refreezing.

 

At least the system is for Saturday, meaning any air above freezing should stay out of Toronto until after the end of this month, thus not impacting the mean temperature too much.
