A-L-E-K
Ah, to be flush with snow and carefree. Could be YYZ's 2nd biggest fall of the season. haha. The euro is a rain storm for me so i'm not exactly hoping for that.
wisconsinwx
I'd also watch the trends with the lead wave thursday...NAM has been inching north a few runs in a row now and that would certainly impact the strength of the pressing high that IMO is being overdone on the GFS. I figured that initial wave shifting north and stronger would suppress this storm.

Chicago WX
we've already opened the flood gates with the dgex DGEX was posted for entertainment purposes, I'm pretty sure. Of course, we can probably say that about the NAM at 84 hours. Also, too bad we can't use the Illini win=snow thing anymore...because they may never win again. Zzzzzzzzz to sports. Looks like the 12z GFS will continue it's catch up. Maybe not fully, but it'll be a solid tick.

Hoosier
Yep. Ride the Euro. A little front end mix...and then brief torch. Verbatim the GFS looks like it could be quite a bit of freezing rain but it's all about trends. We should be in play for the rain on frozen concrete scenario if nothing else. Ottawa Blizzard
12z GFS is definitely good for Toronto, but I fear it will trend even more northwest. I'm thinking snow to rain for this system, then down to seasonable cold in the 20s behind it. Sidewalks will be an absolute mess with melting then rapid refreezing. At least the system is for Saturday, meaning any air above freezing should stay out of Toronto until after the end of this month, thus not impacting the mean temperature too much. AppsRunner
UKMET pretty much misses everything... there's a weak LP over the Ohio Valley at hr 96 but that's about it. Nice consensus this run
