Mr Torchey
Sun had come out through the high cirrus deck, the last ten minutes or so, a very low cloud deck has moved from the east off long island sound, hopefully this bodes well for eastern new england later tonight, obviously a nice low level flow off the water. Ginx snewx
How are the tides looking Dec 26 Lot better than the Eagles. Let me try posting in your style. Only in 2010 could a sub 990 intensifying high octane undulating pressure center near the BM find a missive to completely emasculate me by teasing my domain with a quantitative precipitation forecast that is minimalistic in it's output. Right Will?

weathafella
One thing for eastern SNE folks.....keep your eye on the dewpoint. Here it is well under what it was 24 hours ago and for that reason alot of that radar will be virga for awhile if it reaches us.
weathafella
Just looked at the Euro. MUCH more robust for the next 48 hours. And more or less very similar to GFS for the stemwinder next weekend. Was out with my dog in the woods around Boston (right in town thanks to good planning 100+ years ago). I was thinking....7 days ago we had a pretty good hit today progged. If the models on a d7 prog are 200 miles off is it bad? There is a storm....
